This Privacy Policy explains how BLUE SALES, LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the manner in which BLUE SALES, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Wyoming and doing business in Virginia, United States of America ("BlueSales," "Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"), collects, uses, maintains, stores, shares, and protects information when you ("User," "Customer," "You," or "Your") access or use the BlueSales websites, applications, software, telemarketing services, or other related products (collectively, the "Services").

1.3 BlueSales provides Services designed for businesses and commercial purposes. The Services are not intended for use by individuals acting outside of a business or professional context.
We process your data for the following purposes:
You may create an account or log in using Google OAuth. When you do, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google solely to create and identify your BlueSales account. We do not receive your Google password. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When you optionally connect your Google Calendar, BlueSales requests the following permissions:
Calendar data is accessed solely to provide the appointment booking features you have enabled. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, analytics beyond your own usage dashboard, or any purpose unrelated to scheduling on your behalf.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure: BlueSales' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve advertisements, or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the calendar booking service or as required by law.
You may alternatively sign in or connect your calendar using your Microsoft account via Microsoft OAuth (Azure AD). The same principles apply: we receive only the data necessary to authenticate your account and manage calendar appointments on your behalf. Microsoft calendar data is used exclusively for scheduling features and is not shared with third parties or used for any unrelated purpose. You may revoke access at any time via your Microsoft account at myapps.microsoft.com.
We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your calendar connection. We do not permanently store the contents of your calendar events beyond what is required to confirm a booking. You may disconnect your Google or Microsoft calendar integration at any time from your BlueSales account settings, which will immediately revoke our access and delete your stored tokens.
